Wired to Win at Omnimax

You may have seen the email about the movie Wired to Win, Surviving the Tour de France at the Omnimax Theater. (Thanks John!)

Is anyone interested in going as a group? I've put in a call to see what the discount is for group rates.

We're available this Friday, June 15 for either the 6p or 8p showing....or we can look at next weekend.

Here's the link to the showtimes: http://www.slsc.org/content.aspx?id=2215

If we don't have a group going, here's the link for a $2 off coupon: http://www.trailnet.org/images/wired_coupon.jpg

Let me know what you think and I'll let you know when I hear something about group rates.

Thanks.
Cheri

I might make this a family event. I need to check on it.

I am in for Friday as a group, with my family. That would be two adults, one 15 year old, two 12 year olds. We could do dinner at Kaldis on DeMun, and plan of th 8pm show so no one has to rush in taffic to get to the show.

Ok, let's do 8pm movie. Not sure if my kids are too keen on Kaldi's for dinner, so we may just meet you at theater.

I found out that the group rates are not as good as using the $2 off coupon. The better option is to get tickets that day, ahead of time, with coupon. I'm not sure if I'll have time or not to run and get them.

Here's what I'll do.....If I have time to get them Fri morning, I will. If not, I'll have enough coupons for everyone who's going. I really don't think they'll be sold out.

I got some responses but wasn't sure if spouses were going to come with you or not. Please let me know if these numbers are correct for each of you. It's better to blog it, but understand if have to reply to email.

Mark - 2 adults
Greg - 1 adult
Roark - 2 adults, 3 kids
Rick - 1 adult
Paul - 1 adult
(and mine - 2 adults, 2 kids)

Thanks.

I am not stuck on Kaldis. I just wanted to be close to the Science Center before the show.

Other options include, The Boat House, or Milo' Boche Garden on the Hill, or even Shafely's.

So if your interested in dining say around 6:30, let me know and where. I will try to make a group reservation.

I'm fine with any of those three restaurants. As far as I know now, we have between 13-16 people. The uncertainties right now are....
Linda Dana
Ron and Suzette Bookout

Thanks for making the reservations!

Cheri,
If you get tickets Friday morning, just one adult ticket for me. Thanks.
Greg

Roark,
May I suggest reservations at 6:00, for that many people it may take an hour and a half at the restaurant which would make us late for the Omnimax.

If no one objects I will move the reservation to 6:00 pm
