We're not going to make it to Horsey Hundred. We're going to Family Weekend at Sabra.

By the way, I got a reminder card for Tornado Alley (the one that goes thru MO, KS, and others). Remember, last yr was first yr on 7/7/07. This yr it's on 7/12/08, so we'll miss it. We'll be in Blue Ridge. Maybe next yr.

I'm definitly a go for Horsey Hundred. I have not made any reservations for hotels or for the ride, but will get it together soon - maybe this weekend.

If we leave Friday night, we can travel to just east of Louisville. That will take about 5hours with 1 or 2 stops. If we go about 30-40 miles east of Louisville, we would be less than an hour from the start of the ride on Saturday. Or we could go the extra hour (6 hours on Friday) and just go on into the town where the ride is. I'm good either way. Any suggestions?

The ride is pretty casual, with a pretty wide open window for start time. But it is 100 miles on the long route, so you don't want to be too late.

There is a one hour time change against us going over to the ride.

Sunday I thought we'd shoot for the 70 mile route. If we have our act together we can be done around 1 or 2, and then get in the car to head home. With the time gain, we can be back in Saint Louis before dark. That way we get plenty of sleep so we can be fresh for the Monday Pizza Ride in Saint Louis.

:)
