Folks,
Just talked to Ron, we have agreed on a ride tommorow (Monday) starting at 10:00 am from my house. We will be riding to the Crooked Tree in St. Charles and back. It's about 40 miles round trip.

I will not be able to join you for a ride in the morning. Because of a fucking stunt my wife pulled with her attorney I need to see one at 10:00 am Monday morning. What a way to end the year.
The 5th does not look good for me either. I have shul duty. Sunday the 6th might work.
I am anxious to get back into riding in preparation for this summer.

You will be missed. Sorry to hear that what you had hoped to be over is dragging on causing you even more headaches.

Small change of plans. Instead of leaving from my house at 10:00 am we will be leaving from the Lopatins at 10:00 am. Plan to arrive at 9:30 am so we can be rolling by 10:00 am. This will make the ride shorter (since no one has been riding), and a little more leaway to be back to the Lopatins by 12:50 pm.

I spoke with Roark and we're going to move the starting place for Mon 12/31/07 ride to my house....still at 10am start time. We'll still do the ride out to Crooked Tree and back. I will need to be back home by 12:45p so that I can pick up my daughter at 1pm.
I'm also stuck acting like I'm working. I'll look out the office window with a suitably pathetic expression as you all ride by, only a few hundred feet away.
Then, I'll drive over to Maplewood Bicycle and pick up my new Polar computer.
