We still have a 20% chance for dry, so if it looks like the rain will hold off anyone thinking about a 10:00 am city ride? We stay close enough to coffee stops to scoot in if it rains, and just caffeine the day away.

So when its says 80% chance of rain, you have to go with the %20 chance of dry. We rode without a single drop falling on our heads.
