Can one of you post some info on the ride you are looking at for October 23rd? I know you have sent some e-mails, but I'm not sure if the info is here on the blog or if I am just missing it.
I've been looking at my work schedule, and I will be able to join the ride and I am looking forward to it. Lynda is a maybe as well.

The ride is the Tour of Shawnee Bicycle Ride. http://www.tourdeshawnee.org/ check out the website. Dan is going and me and Roark. I reserved a room at the days inn. We drive down late Friday afternoon. It is about 3 hours south.

Thanks for the note here and the e-mail. I am "in". Not sure about Lynda but she is looking into it. If she goes we will get a room together. If she does not go, is there room for one more in your room? I can sleep with whoever no one else wants to sleep with. Beggars can't be choosers you know.

It looks like Mike and Lynda, Roark, Me and Dan will be making this trip. Rick Ochs is still considering the ride. As we get closer to the date we will finalize the details.

I just slipped into the maybe category for the Oct 23 ride. I will be in Israel from Oct 9th to 16th. Then I will be in Atlanta from Oct 18th to 21st. There is even a possibility I will go directly from Israel to Atlanta.
I most likely will be dead meat from the travel, and if I go away for the weekend after being gone for 2 weeks straight, dead meat from Maxine. Unless she decides to travel along to spend time in Cairo.

will be in Arizona on a company trip.
But...I am shipping my bike there and spending an extra week vacation.
